Shipping policy

SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all orders over 500$. The orders with total amount less will be shipped with a delivery charge. 

Shipping to Poland, Germany, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Romania, Moldova, Hungary, and Slovakia is handled by Nova Posh. Delivery takes 5–7 business days. The shipping fee is fixed at 20$ and is paid together with the order.

Shipping to USA, Latvia, Italy, France, the United Kingdom, Austria, Estonia, the Netherlands is handled by Nova Posh. Delivery takes 5–10 business days. The shipping fee is fixed at 25$ and is paid together with the order.

For all other countries, shipping is carried out by Ukrposhta. Delivery takes 10–12 business days. The shipping fee is fixed at 35$ and is paid together with the order.

All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Kyiv, Ukraine (not EU zone). 

WE DO NOT DELIVER TO RUSSIA AND BELARUS. 

TAXES AND DUTIES

Online prices are quoted free of any additional charges. Your order may incur duties, fees and import taxes upon delivery. This charge is determined by your local customs authority and payment of these fees is obligatory if you wish to obtain your shipment.

All applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay but your local customs should be able to estimate the price. 

LOW POSH cannot be held responsible for any action and/or costs and/or taxes and/or delays due to customs over which it has no control.
